Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Our Shop has one of the most comprehensive stock of building, heating, hire and lifestyle products available. We have over 25,000 products available on line. Because of this sometimes we may be temporarily out of stock of a line. In these cases we will send the nearest alternative or will let you know via e mail.

Shipping And Handling All products are shipped as soon as possible. Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the products ordered the delivery site and the urgency required. If you are prepared to wait a little longer for your delivery then the charges applied can often be lowered. If you are interested in this option then please e mail for a quotation.

Please note there is a shipping surcharge for deliveries outside the UK mainland. This will be applied at time of delivery and will not appear on your confirmation.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in three-five business days . International orders are generally received in under seven days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
